I Am Having Difficulty Topping Up My Virgin Simcard!

I have been asked to text the 'Amount' and last four numberes of my debit card and the security No to 789222 I have done this several times using variations of how I have entered them....... Either in a continuous line, or broken into amount, card number, and security number oand have even tried two different debit cards in case one wasn't registered with Virgin.I am concerend as I need my mobile phone, and I also need to top up!!  ASAP!
