How To Contact Virgin Mobile Headquarters

i bought a phone from best buy that was doing a promotion for virgin mobile. i was promised a free months of service if i purchased the lgt volt. they never credited me my free service. i called virgin mobile and they told me i was not eligible for the promotion because i did not buy thr phone online. ok so why would i peuchase the phone online if best buy is advertising i6t in store? Now virgin mobile is blaming best buy and best but is blaming virgin mobile. i just want what i promised. what can i do to resolve this
