Top Up Card

I brought a top up card and and while opening the card I ripped some of the pin numbers off the card can I get help retreving the rest of the numbers

try to do a number matching to see what possible numbers the scratched ones could be, or if its completely scratched off check your reciet to see if its on there, or go to the offical cell phone carrier website and ask them for help.
