Can't Manually Upgrade Fw

My viewpad 7e FW upgrade tool inform me there is a new FW can upgrade and then after download by OTA, the file already in my sdcard but there is error message during upgrade.....the error is failed to mount /sdcard1 (I/O error) , can't find update package....when I try to follow the instruction to manually upgrade again, it still popup above error messagez90;
