New Lamp Not Working
I replaced lamp and after power applied lamp and power led are green for few seconds, then led lamp and power goes off. How can i resest the the lamp hours using perhaps the service connector on the back pannel?

Lamp Hours
Displays operating hours since lamp timer reset. Lamp hour
counter is displayed in read-only format, and this setting
cannot be manually adjusted.
Factory Reset
Resets the projector to its factory default settings.
Press the MENU\ENTER button on the Projector Control Panel or the
Enter button on the Remote Control to enter its sub-menu, select
the desired setting with the < / > buttons, and confirm the selection
with the MENU\ENTER button on the Projector Control Panel or the
Enter button on the Remote Control again.
