Outstanding Balance -- Not Able To Pay
I have outstanding balance. Phone has been disconnected for nonpayment. A US Navy veteran who is not employeed or has income. I cannot pay my bill at this time for those reasons. Is there anything you can do to help me? I am consistently looking for work and attending networking events, job fairs, and anything related to job search. I thank you for your time Brenda Rollinson
