looking for cell phone number of an old friend that has a verizon contract, how do I find them through verizon?

Unfortunately Verizon Wireless does not list cell phone numbers, and they will not give you a phone number for their customers if you phone them. I can only suggest looking for this person through public record or online search sites. www.pipl.com might be of help.
