If i buy a ticket from Orbitz..? can i have a refund while i did not use it..? It is an E-ticket

If the ticket is refundable, then yes. If the ticket is a non-refundable, then no, you can not get a refund. In that case you would want to contact the airline to ask if you can use the ticket at a future date and if there are any fees to change your ticket.
