Ir Failure On Both Cameras

I have the udw-200545 system.  Both cameras worked out of the box. Two days later the camera mounted under the garage eve lost 99% of its night vision. the display only shows a white fog.  The daytime vision is OK. The second camera is mounted under the cieling of the front porch.  Its daytime vision is OK.  Four days after installation the night vision stopped.  Visual image only appeared when front door was opened.  Last night I turned on the porch lights for about 15 minutes.  The camera image was good.  When I turned off the lights the ir image was visable again. I tried the same thing with the garage lights, but the image did not improve. System serial number:H 08 1 00376
