Handset Buttons
For some time now, the middle button on the handset where the phonebook, caller ID and up and down arrow keys are has not been functioning. I am not able to get anything when I try to delete old caller id's or use the phone book entries key. The button does not do anything. The only thing I get is when I press the top up arrow the ringer sounds.
Your Uniden representative tried once before to help me by having me take out the battery and reset the handset but it did not do anything to correct the problem. Can you help, please?
