Why Does The Phone Light Up With The Message 'incomplete Data'?

Randomly the phone will light up with the message 'incomplete data' ...why..... ...and why will the message light no longer blink?

I had the same problem. But recently I had a power outage that lasted about 5 hours. When the power returned the problem was gone. So you may wany to try disconnecting the power for a few hours and see what happens.
