Lost In Space Times Are Changing Help!!!!

I knew for yaer now that all comm systems in pima count woud chang the sherief had on we could neve accecc it (or cared to) now every thing as of 6 am 4/10 the news said it was them switching over to digital I purchased a 534.............00 uniden bcd438hp i did the zip code thing and that was some fast programming got to hear tucson police on analog now everthings just gonnn RR is confusing to a new guu so I bought thier premeium meber ship now really confused I think im going to need a course for this can anyone clue me int or even if i have to pay to get this i will i knows is knew but someone out teir must KNOW!!!?????
