I believe the previous answerer misunderstood your question. If your (Postal Service) mailbox fills too much, your only recourse is to stop some or all of it. I doubt you'd want to stop all, but the easiest way to stop some is with DMAChoice, for which see https://www.ims-dm.com/cgi/optoutemps.php.
