Sep 22 @ 9:00 Am We Departed Sacramento Airport For A Vacation. The Plane

developed mechanical problems and had to return to sacramento for repairs .at 2:47 pm we boarded plane for dallas/fortworth. upon arriving we missed are connection flight to torreon mx we had tostay over at dallasfortworth.on 9/23/15 boardedflight 3293 to to torreno mexicoairport.this caused us to miss a day of vacation due to the machanical issues of the plane. we were given a phone number to book another flight. the only flight available was 9/23/2015. we arrived at torren mex .our luggage was not on board.we were told after sometime it was in dallas fortworth airport it would take about 1 day to get it to us in the mean time we had no clothes or anything to change into they gave me a number to call to see when it arrive i keep calling with no luck ( infact the first time i called i was told they could not help me. The person on the phone was very rude i asked to speak to a superviser or manager at the time i was informed there was no manager. or superviser there .and we were to leave torreno to porta vireta for are 4 nights so we called torreon air many times infact i had asked if they would send are luage to are hotel in porta vireta were we were going to be staying and they said they would but when we got to porta varita hotel there was no lugage so we ended up spending money we didnt have to buy clothes and basic needs for are trip in mean time still calling airport about luggage and no luggage and this was going to be are honeymoon /vac for just me and him we saved up for a year for this trip for it to be a diaster at the end of this vacation we never did get are luggade infact we got one luggage about 4 weeks after we were home and never did get are other luggage infact i sent a letter with a picture of the luggage and the copies of all of the paper work that i have . i have been trying to resolve this but familey issues came up and i couldnt focuse and now im back to try to resolve this mateim sending coppies of all paper work that i have and i will be incontact in a few weeks VIVIAN CEPEDA
