Credit Card Denied

When entering my payment information I get a credit card denied error. The credit card information is accurate and the funds are available to cover the charges. Read that this has occurred to others as well. Any suggestions. Using a different card does not seem to resolve the problem.

If you are using a debit-only card or pre-loaded credit card, this may be contributing to the error. If that's not the problem, you should call them at 1-866-963-1620.
