Credit Card Type When Paying To Efile State

WHEN TRYING TO MAKE PAYMENT TO EFILE MY STATE RETURN...IT WILL NOT LET ME CHOOSE CREDIT CARD TYPE.

Try this: fill in the rest of the form, and hit submit. You should get an error saying you didn't fill in your credit card type, and then it will let you. This happened to me last year. :-)
