If you hooked up the battery in reverse polarity, it can cause damage to the electrical system of your 2003 Toyota Sequoia. In this case, the first thing you should check is the main fuse, which is usually located in the engine compartment fuse box. If the main fuse is blown, it will need to be replaced.

Once you have replaced the main fuse, you should check the other fuses related to the windows and charging system. These fuses may be located in the interior fuse box or the engine compartment fuse box.
