How Do I Restore My Toshiba Satellite P775-s7100

i was doing a sys wipe and the power went off in the middle of the wipe and now i get a black screenwith a blinking curser

You can factory restore your computer using the recovery disc that was included with your computer. Just put it in and follow the instructions. If it doesn't automatically come up when you start your computer then press F8 repeatedly right after you turn on the computer and select the CD/DVD drive from the boot menu.
