Random Keys Stay Pressed

keys are staying pressed down, I have pulled each key to clean it and under it. Seems like more and more keys are starting to do it, at first it was just o now it is o,s,I,k what can I do to fix it. I was told that I can factory reset it, a tech looked at it and could figure it out. He said replacing the keyboard would not help. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Replacing the keyboard is the best solution to take for a problem like this. I also suggest that you should replace it. replacement instructions here http://www.laptopkeyboard.com/Guides.php/Toshiba/Satellite/P55-A5312%20(Backlit)/JKBTP55T
