How Can I Fix If My Laptop Stop Working Due To Power Loss

check the charger, if the charger is fine then it will need to be taken to the computer repair center because it might be a dead ram,dead cpu or a dead motherboard.

ESD damage, blown capacitors, etc. It can be more difficult to determine electrical damage, as it's not always - maybe even rather seldom - physically apparent. Sometimes the only way to tell is to test with something like a multimeter.
