My L635 Not Charging Or Powering

My L635 was working and when I went back to power up the battery it not charging or powering back up. The fan runs and shuts down and no screen

Since the computer has a power, there is no problem with the charger or battery. I believe that the problem is in the motherboard. Unfortunately, if this is the case, you should bring your computer to the service center near your area.
