The Vcf Blinks At 2 Hz; Adio Is Fine. Why?
I have a Toshiba DVD VCR combo player SD-V296KU. The DVD player works fine, but the VCR player blinks at a rate of 2 Hz. The TV is a Sharp Aquos LCD. It seems to work on other TVs. Is there some programming of the TV that needs to be done to make the VCR compaible?
