This Laptop Is Very Slow In Web Browsing, How To Speed It Up? Please Help!

The internet connection signal is very weak even I have pretty good internet wireless at home. After comparing with another Toshiba AMD A6 laptop which has really good internet browsing speed, found that this Toshiba L55D-B5364 missing the appex networks accelerator. How can I speed up this Toshiba L55D-B5364 in internet connection? Please help!

You need to install a new operating sysem and try not to install too many apps because it might be to heavy for the laptop to proccess.
