Toshiba Hdd2d93 Hard Drive
Having removed my hard drive from a broken laptop. How do I get all my data I had saved on this drive onto my new laptop?

Several options: 1) if there is no "embarrassing" data, take it to a shop or geeky friend, 2) mount the old hard drive with an external USB adapter attached to your new laptop and then just drag-and-drop over, or 3) mount the old laptop hard drive into your desktop, if you have one, and move the files to a USB memory stick then to your laptop. If your desktop has a SATA interface, and your old laptop drive is also SATA, it will plug right in, otherwise you will need an adapter. In my shop, I keep PATA to SATA, SATA to PATA and laptop PATA to desktop PATA. I also have an external USB interface that accepts SATA, desktop PATA and laptop PATA. It makes it easy.
