Dvr670 Regular Daily Or Weekly Dvd Recordings
Is there a way of setting up a regular daily or weekly DVD recording, other than entering it manually which seems cumbersome.

Yes you can. Follow the instructions on page 50 of the User's Manual to set up Timer Recordings.
