Tool Bar On The Bottom The The Desktop

thetool bar on my desktop is unresponsive all the icons are there but will not respond to any clicks

There are many things that could cause this. Someone would have to be able to look at it in order to diagnose the issue. I recommend bringing it to a local computer repair service.
