Unit Does Not Turn On When Connected To Ac And Pressing On Main Unit Do Nothing
Power supply board has no power output (+5V and +12V) it looks that maybe switching signal is missing .

Apart from checking if the fuse on the power board is OK and that your supply is OK you will need the help of an engineer to solve a switching power supply issue. Unless you have the relevant skills. You can get a user guide here.
