Thermador Microwave In Demo Mode

how do it get it to regular mode

There's no online info on your unit. I suggest you contact the vendor you purchased the item from, it shouldn't have been delivered in demo mode. I also suggest you contact customer service for your Thermador products, please call:

Monday - Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST

Saturday: 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. PST for further assistance.
