You can follow these steps but keep in mind that TI- 36X pro might have slight variation in its interface or step.

1) Press "Mode" button.

2) Use the arrow keys to select "Bin" for binary code.

3) Enter binary code:- 111010110001.011

4)Press the "BIN/HEX/OCT" button to switch to decimal mode.

5) Calculator will display decimal equivalent of binary number, which is 1817.1875.
