I Have A Zte Merit Android. Where To Send For Repair?

This phone says process.(whatever) has stopped unexpectedly, force close when i do anything, tells me i can't make a phone call because airplane mode is on when it isn't--i couldn't even call 911 when i needed to. It is totally retarded. WTF is going on??? I don't think I've even had it 6 mos! Can i send it somewhere to be fixed?
