Transfer Service To New Phone
I have straight talk phone that I purchased about three years ago. I started having problems with it so I went back to Walmart a couple of days ago and purchased a new phone. The first phone was with sprint service. I automatically had the monthy payment processed through a credit card. The new phone I just purchased - has verison service. When I try to use the phone - it tells me that I need to pay for the service even though it has already been paid. How do I correct this? The last payment was made on the 25th of October.
