I Lost My Phone And Need Help Getting Another With My Old Mins Transferred Over

My lost cell phone has over 70 mins pre paid left on it and I need to see that I can purchase a new phone but keep  my old number and have my mins transferred over to my new phone. I also lost all my contacts and need my call log history so I am able to look up and retrieve all my numbers. Please advise so I can get this problem resolved asap. I tried to call customer service and due to high call volume they could not assist me. Thank you
