I Have A Straight Talk Zte Majesty. It Is Stuck On The Lock Screen.

My phone is stuck on the lock screen. I can hear messages coming through and phone calls. I'm just unable to unlock it. It's like the sensor isn't working. It's been doing it off and on for a few months, but this time i can't get it to come back on. Please help. This sucks.

It seems I found my answer so I'll post it for anyone else with this issue. I held down the power button and the home button down at the same time for about 20 to 30 seconds. It reset, nothing was amiss and now it's working just fine.

Hi. Yes the touchscreen or digitalyzer must have failed electronically and due for replacement. Yes, this is common even with other brands like Samsung devices.
