Sim Card

Most phone providers have changed the sims card to were they are programmed to work only on the phone it originaly came with same thing if u just buy a sims card whatever phone u call in and program it to is the only that will recognize it thats so people cant just put a sims in any phone and use im assuming they realized they were losing money because so many people were doing that and using old phones or whatever instead of buying a new my advice would be to call your service provider and see what they say i was told its some kind of code you can put in to reverse but i have the same problem and realy need my numbers off that sims

it might be when u programed it or called it in them or you may have typed a number wronge i would re enter all the info and just try and reprogram it again before i called customer service

Just take your battery out along with your sim card and place it back. Then, turn off your phone for a few minutes and that should solve your problem(s). OK? Let me know if you need more assistance. Steph
