When I Set Up My Text Message Alert A Ring Tone It Wont Alert Me So I Dont Know

If it is the 59.95 Samsung from the all amazing, customer pleasing, WAL MART.  You will not get an alert because the phone doesn't have the feature. Yes it does you say?  Well, so does mine.  Sad when the manual tells you how to set it up and your phone gives you the prompts to do the same.  Your customer service rep from Guatemala says it does not have the feature.  No matter how much I argued with him, guess what, he is correct.  Wal Mart will not have another cent of my money nor anyone else I can convince to shop elsewhere.  Guess what, Wal Mart does not care one bit.  I so hope one day that I am living to see their stocks hit rock bottom.
