Samsung Galaxy Wont Activate

So I called to activate the phone and I added the card everything says I have survice but when I turn the phone on a "hands free activation" thing pops up and it has to activate or you can't use the phone and mine wont work I have been trying for 11 hrs I called customer service they told me to wait 24 hrs anyone have any answers please let me know
