My Pic Msg Wont Download How Can I Get It To Download The Picture?

i received a picture message and hit the download button, but it wont download. it comes up as "fail: ok". How can i get the picture to download?!?!

You need to have data/Internet on your phone to receive/send a picture message. To enable the service u need to call ur service provider...if its not on your plan than it will cost u money
