Won't Download Picture Messages
My friend has been trying to send me a simple picture and it says I have received a picture message but whenever I select download it will attempt to download and then it pops up and says can't download picture message not connected to the internet and my 3g signal goes from blue to grey! I can connect to google, Facebook and YouTube so I don't understand what the problem is!!!!! Please help because this is the 3rd straight talk phone I have had with problems and would really love some help. Thank you
