Why Want My Phone Let Me Get Into My Messages (it Keeps Saying Initializing)

The only way to clear the Message Initializing state so that you can access your messages is to restore the phone. When you restore though you will loose everything you have on the phone including your contacts. I have everything backed up to a SD card but you can not move your contacts to the card. This phone is junk and not worth the money paid for it. Better off getting the cheap phone.
