When I Try To Use My Phone It Says Prepaid Service Disabled What Does This Mean

the phone rings but when i try to answer it-prepaid service disabled pops up and i cant receive my calls

It sounds like you may have locked your phone.  

To get the unlock code for your Straight Talk phone call customer service at: 877-430-2355

The information I looked up online states you can reach a live person by Pressing 1 for English, and then press "#" twice at main menu.
