I have a ZTE Atrium Straight Talk phone I recently bought Maybe November December everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago now the party on the other end of the line cannot hear me or it sounds muffled can you help me with this problem.

Hi. You may be having a failing or defect mic. If its purchase was that recent, then you must still be under Warranty - go therefore via your retailer to avail a free in-warranty service.

Try turning the Bluetooth on and off!
