Slow Speed And Cannot Send Mms

i have called several times regarding the same issues.I cannot send any mms and some sms. With the sms it sends back an error code saying invalid 10 digit number although i am using a valid ten digit number. I can however forward the same message to the exact same number and it will go through.I am also having trouble with the speed of my phone I was told to wait till after are replenished my airtime which I did on the 13th and it still has extremely slow since then....when I called the person I talk to the attributed all my troubles to switching phones at the end of November and changing numbers. I have switched phones before and have never had this trouble before. I switched from straight talk to straight talk not from a different company. Please please help me I need my phone for work I get a lot of group texting and group messages I have to send and i am unable to do so
