Activated Phone !told Me It Would Take Up To 24 Hours?help Me!

I was talking to one of the company representitives for help, and I was having help settign it up, she told me it was activated and that i was going to have to wait like 24 hours or so and turn my phone on and off until I get service or somthing, now I woke up this morning and the phone says "30 service days" I bought the unlimited bonus pack with the phone. But now it's saying no service???  I told the man last night and the lady the area code and the zip with where I lived. dumb ass straight talk, need to hire people who can atleast understand english..wtf.
