Can't Send Or Receive Picture Messages

hello.. i have a straight talk lg optimus zip phone, android.... i can send and recieve text messages but my phone is not letting me send or recieve picture messages... any clue as to why its not letting me send or recieve picture messages?

The same thing happened to me. They suspended my data package from what they said was excessive usage. So much for unlimited data. It suspended the internet and picture messaging.
