IS THER ANY WAY TO SPEAK WITH A REAL LIVE HUMAN? I BOUGHT REFILL CARD AND FOR SOME REASON MY PHONE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO USE IT EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS ACTIVE UNTIL 12-23-2010.
