Why Can't I Receive Picture Messages?
Everytime I try to receive picture messages it says message receipt failed.

I Cant Recieve Pictures Anymore. Keeps Saying Message Receipt Failed?
Never had that problem until a few days ago when i added minutes back to the phone.
