First, turn your phone off an on.
If you have an iPhone, do a reset by pressing the main menu button and the button at the top at the same time. Hold until the phone resets.
If you have a smart phone, clear the cache and cookies.
If these still do not work, call your carrier. They will send you and over the air update.
