No Phone Number
I activated phone but haven't gotten a phone number and it isn't working. Now what?

You won't. I tried to switch (port) my phone number from AT&T to Straighttalk. TWO WEEKS and HOURS of talking to customer service from both services later, it still wasn't working. (Yes, I was without a phone for two weeks!) I returned the phone and got my money back. You have to mail the receipt for the phone card to Straighttalk to get that refunded. Save time and aggravation and get your money back now.
