Hi. My name is Sara and I work with Straight Talk Wireless. Our last option is to hard reset your phone. To do so, please remove the battery then re-insert it to make sure the phone shuts off completely. Press and hold the up volume key, the home key and power/lock key until the phone vibrates and the first boot screen "SAMSUNG" is displayed on your screen, then quickly release the keys. When the Android system recovery screen appears, use the down volume key to go to "wipe data/factory reset" then press the power/lock key to confirm it. Using the down volume key, go to "Yes -- delete all user data" then press the power/lock key to confirm it. The message "Wiping data..." will be displayed on your phone. A confirmation message will be displayed when completed. "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the power/lock key to reboot the phone. Once your phone restarts, it will return to its factory settings.
