You can try a hard reset to see if you can get your screen back.

First, shut off your phone. If you cannot get your phone to shut off, simply remove the battery and put it back in. Now, in order to do the hard reset, hold down the following buttons simultaneously: the HOME key, VOLUME DOWN, and POWER.

Hold those keys down until the device powers back on. When it comes back on, release your finger from the POWER button, but CONTINUE to hold down the VOLUME DOWN and HOME keys until you see a reset screen.

Once this screen appears, you can release all the buttons and your device will restart. It will now be back to factory settings.
